How do you choose local assets?
In a browser that supports folder access, choose the folder you want to use and add the relevant files to your workspace. Where folder access is unavailable, use the file picker and browser storage.
Local storage is not a separate backup. Changing browsers, clearing site data or moving source files can affect access to your assets. Keep another copy of the original files.
What happens when you start a generation task?
When you use reference images, audio or video for generation, the content required by the task may be transferred to a model service through the backend or your chosen channel. Check the selected files and channel before submitting.
Local-first does not mean every operation stays offline. Project synchronization, uploads and generation have different data flows. Their behavior depends on the feature and deployment settings.
